SolMateo is holding its 41st Signature Kitchen Tour on Friday, May 19, 2023, 10 AM – 3 PM. This annual event is a self-guided tour showcasing some of the Bay Area's most inspiring design talents and stunning homes in Burlingame, Hillsborough and San Mateo Park. Each year, up to 1000 guests have the opportunity to view beautifully designed kitchens in five unique private homes on the Peninsula. Guests are also invited to tour the houses’ gorgeous gardens where they can sample some delicious food from local chefs, view local floral designers’ and artisans’ work, and purchase gifts. The Tour offers a fabulous mix of classic and modern styles, with something for every taste.
The Signature Kitchen Tour is timed to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Month every May. Proceeds from the event benefit mental health and suicide prevention in our community by helping to fill the funding gap for two critical local mental health organizations: Mental Health Association of San Mateo County and StarVista's Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention Center.
